Tasting Notes
The long awaited barrel-aged Choctail is loaded with layers of flavours and aromas of chocolate, coffee, prunes, bourbon and vanilla. It is the most indulgent beer we have made to date. Our already decadent Choctail has spent several months in bourbon barrels which also had a life storing maple syrup.
